2023 Hui on the marae pricelist (GST excluded) this is based on 50pax, for larger groups a bespoke quote will come your way

  • BASE CHARGES FOR HIRE

  • Venue hire (per day) $400

  • Hui room $150 per day

  • Overnight fee - $30.00 per person per night.  (Mattress's, pillows, sheets & pillow cases provided)

General hui and Wānaka catering fees only (GST excluded)

for weddings, conferences, Hakari etc will be quoted by our team upon design of the menu

  • Breakfast $18.00 pp

  • Lunch $25.00 pp

  • Dinner $35.00 pp

  • Morning tea $15.00 pp

  • Afternoon tea $15.00 pp

  • *Special Dietary Requirements $15 pp ( please note we will cater for food allergies and intolerances due to health reasons and beliefs but not for personal likes and dislikes)

  • we dont provide supper but if you would like it then please bring your own

Self caterer fees: (GST excluded)

  • up to 50 people- $200 per day

  • up to 100 people $350 per day

  • over 100 people $400 per day

  • Kaitiaki Hui: $200

  • Noho Kaitiaki $250


Conditions:

  • your hui booking is classed as tentative until an active hapu sponsor has been confirmed (please contact the office if unsure of what this means)

  • Self Catered Hui - one person must possess a Food handling Certificate 167. This provides full use of kitchen and equipment. User must meet with "Wharekai  coordinator" to cover cleaning and other responsibilities inline with our Food Safety Plan.

  • *Special dietary needs – our caterer will do their best to cater for all special dietary requirements but please note we are a single contamination kitchen so there is a risk of cross contamination the guest will need to self manage

  • All pricing are exclusive of GST

  • Please be advised that any damages or breakages are payable.

  • This booking can be cancelled at any time and with little notice in case of a tangi

Payment:

  • All bookings must be finalised 2 weeks prior to your Hui.

  • Numbers must be confirmed 5days prior to your Hui - Final charge rate will be noted.

  • Invoices will be sent to the Hui organiser after the hui has taken place and must be paid by due date.

  • Please organize a Purchase order number if needed from the quote provided
